Description

Mole sauce is made from chilis and many other ingredients and takes ages to cook a good one, hence buying a ready made product. Reconstitute the mole to the desired consistency using chicken stock and cook chicken or turkey in the sauce with onions and tomatoes. Be careful as the mole can burn easily. This one jar gives loads of meals if you are just doing some chicken pieces for a few people. The reconstitution is four parts stock to one part mole sauce.
